This is AFM's flagship fund, a highly diversified fund of hedge fund which seeks to preserve capital at all times while delivering positive monthly returns in all market conditions. It has a target return of cash plus
3-6% per year and maintains a low correlation to equity and bond markets. The Absolute Fund is widely diversified across various strategies and regions but avoids some of the most high-risk hedge fund strategies. It has a permanent allocation to defensive strategies to preserve investor's capital in weak markets and times of crisis. The
manager has an
9 year track record and is "AA" rated by Standard and Poor's.

Absolute Focus Fund
The Absolute Focus Fund was launched in Sept 2005 and invests primarily in
equity-based strategies. It aims to protect capital and deliver positive
returns in most market conditions, whilst maintaining a low correlation to
equity markets. The target return is 3-month cash return plus 5% per annum and
target volatility 3-5%.
