1%* p.a. basic management fee

15%* performance fee limited by: - 6% hurdle rate - Capped at 24% p.a. - A unique feature  - "High water mark"**

* Class A, B and C shares only. (Class I, I2 & J shares have a basic management fee of 1.50% p.a. and a performance fee of 10% subject to the same hurdle rate and performance cap. Class F has a basic management fee of 1.75% p.a. only).

** Performance fees are only payable on further returns beyond those on which performance fees have previously been paid
